This website, https://www.greenerishop.in, is run by Pune AARVI AROMA PRIVATE LIMITED, a business that was set up and is legal under the Companies Act, 2013. These Terms (which are explained below) were last changed on January 22, 2022.

HOW TO SHIP IT
Once the Company confirms that you have paid for the order(s) you placed, it ships them straight through third-party logistics partners. Before they are sent out, your orders are carefully checked to make sure they are in perfect condition.
Users will be given a tracking number for their order once it has been shipped. By going to our website, users will be able to keep track of their orders. If your order is shipped in more than one package, a tracking number will be given for each package. Customers can check our website to see where their packages are at any time.

Greeneri can't say for sure what the order will cost until the order is made.
Even though Clause 8 says you can't cancel your order, we can still do so if the price of the product or information about the product is mentioned wrongly because of a technical issue. That being said, Clause 10.3 wouldn't apply if the order had already been sent.
If the product's price or information has been posted incorrectly, Greeneri will first contact you to get your instructions. Phool will only deliver the order after getting your clear instructions to do so. Any other time, this kind of order will be thought to not have been received.
Also, if we cancel the order after payment has already been made, the money will be returned to the account from which it came, as long as the company's refund policy is followed.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY HEREIN.
ABILITY TO END AND WAIVER
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other information linked to or on the Website, include everything you and Greeneri agree on about the Website. They replace any other conversations or proposals you may have had with Greeneri about the service, whether they were spoken, written, or sent electronically, and they will govern your relationship 012 with Greeneri in the future. If any part of the Terms is found to be invalid or not enforceable, that part will be restricted or taken out to the point where it is no longer necessary for the Terms to be valid and enforceable in every other way. If there is a disagreement about these Terms, it will be solved by binding arbitration led by a single arbitrator chosen by both parties and following the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The hearing will take place in Pune, India, and English will be the language used.
