How to Return, Cancel, and Exchange Items

We at Greeneri are dedicated to giving you high-quality  products that will help you on your path to health and happiness. We know that things don't always go as planned, and we want your shopping experience with us to go smoothly.

 

Policy on Cancellations

 

As soon as you place an order, we process it right away to make sure it gets shipped quickly. But if you change your mind about your order:

 

Cancellation Period: You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel it, as long as the thing hasn't been shipped.

 

How to Cancel: Please email our customer service team at backupaarviaroma@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will help you with the cancellation process.

 

Since your order has already been sent, you will need to follow the steps below to make a return.

 

Rules for Returns

 

We want you to be happy with everything you bought from us. If you're not happy with any reason, you can return most of our goods as long as you meet the following conditions:

 

Who Can Make Returns?

 

Return Window: You have to ask for a return within 30 days of getting your order.

 

Conditions of the Goods: The goods must be brand new, unused, and in their original packing. Because of health and cleanliness concerns, we can't take back items that have been opened or used.

 

How to Get Back:

Shipping the item back: If the return isn't our fault (item is broken, faulty, or the wrong one), you will have to pay for the shipping back to us.

 

Inspection of Returns: Once we get the returned things, we'll look at them to make sure they meet the requirements. If the return is accepted, the original way of payment will get the money back within 5–10 business days.

 

How to Get a Refund: Please keep in mind that shipping costs are not changeable.

If you're not happy with your product or got the wrong one, we're happy to help you return it as long as you follow these rules:

 

 

 

Who Can Take Part in Exchanges?

 

Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to ask for an exchange.

Qualities of the Goods: To be eligible for a swap, goods must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

How to Trade:

Get in touch: Send an email to backupaarviaroma@gmail.com with your order number and the thing you'd like to exchange.

Return the Original Item: You must send us the original product and make sure it is empty and not opened.

Shipping Costs: We will pay for the return shipping costs if the switch is due to our mistake, like a broken or wrong product. If the customer wants to replace something because they like it better, you will have to pay for the return shipping.

new or Store Credit: We will send you the new item you asked for as soon as we get the returned item. We will give you shop credit or a full refund if the item is sold out.

If and case you are getting the full refund then it will be credited in your original mode of payment within 5 to 10 business days . If in case the customer are eligible for store credit the credits will be available in the account with in 2 working days.

Products That Are Broken or Faulty

When we ship and package your items, we do it with great care. If you do, however, receive a broken or faulty item, please do the following

Return or Replacement: If you'd rather get a full refund, we'll take care of returning the broken item and sending you a new one at no extra cost to you.
