Greeneri Shipping Rules
It was nice to do business with Greeneri. We are dedicated to giving you the best goods and experiences. Here are the specifics of our shipping policy:
Time to Process:
Most orders are handled between one and two business days after they are received.
Any orders put in on the weekend or a holiday will be handled the next business day.
Once your order has been handled, you will get a confirmation email. As soon as the shipment is on its way, you will also get information on how to track it.
Costs of shipping:
Domestic (in the same country):
Any order over RS.499 gets free standard shipping.
Shipping to other countries:
Some countries can be shipped to internationally. Please see the page where you check out to see a list of places and prices.
Shipping costs depend on where the package is going and how much it weighs.
Methods of Shipping:
There are several ways to ship your order that will work best for you:
After confirming the order the product will be delivered with in 6 to 7 working days.
Standard Shipping: It gets to you in 5 to 7 working days.
Fast Shipping: Items are sent out within two to three working days.
When you ship something internationally, the delivery time will depend on where it's going.
Tracking an order:
You will get a tracking number for your package once it has been shipped, so you can keep an eye on its progress. On the carrier's website, you can see where your package is at any time.
Talk about accuracy:
Please make sure that your sending address is correct and complete so that there are no delays or lost packages. If a customer gives the wrong address, Hidden Forest Advanced Ayurveda is not responsible for packages that get lost or arrive late.
Limits on shipping:
At this time, we don't ship to P.O. boxes or some other remote areas.
Before you place an order, please check the rules in your area.
Things broken or lost:
If your package comes broken or you think your order has been lost, please email us at backupaarviaroma@gmail.com within 7 days of getting your package. We'll help you figure out what's wrong.
If you lose a package, we will file a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, send you a new one or a return.
How to Return and Exchange:
We will give you a full refund or a new item if your item gets broken while being shipped or if you get the wrong item.
